Edson Buddle is a 9 year veteran of Major League Soccer. Acquired by the LA Galaxy in mid-June 2007 from Toronto FC, Buddle went on to appear in 16 games for the club, tallying five goals to place second on the club for the season. He made an immediate impact upon joining the Galaxy. Buddle is currently 3rd on the all-time MLS Hat Trick list and 9th on the all-time Game-Winning Goals list. Edson Made his first and only appearance with the U.S. National Team, coming on as a second half substitute on 3/29/2003. In addition to his solitary cap, Buddle has also played for the U-18, U-20 and U-23 levels, including a trip to the 2001 FIFA World Youth Championships where he scored once in the 4-1 win over Chile.
